The location fit well with the activities we had planned, and the staff were amazing—everyone was friendly and helpful. The amenities were pretty good, though there was an issue with the room and one of the parking‑lot doors was out of order; it was more of an inconvenience than a real problem.

The place was clean, modern, and easy to get to, and the staff were friendly. The bathroom and shower were nice, but the sink’s water pressure was too low.

The hotel was very clean, but the AC cut off at night, which wasn’t good. I asked for a quiet room and still heard people walking above me at night. The back door to the parking lot was locked, so I had to walk around the building in the heat.

The whole stay was flawless; whenever I needed something, the staff would stand up and wait patiently for me. The place was organized, tidy, and offered a wide selection of both hot and cold dishes, with attendants constantly restocking. I’d definitely recommend it. However, since I’ve recently been diagnosed with an illness that weakens my immune system, I’m extra cautious about germs. I don’t know the protocol, so don’t take this as a critique, but the buffet attendants keep the same latex gloves on throughout their shift, using them to move chairs, clean tables, touch furniture, and even use their phones, so the gloves aren’t changed when they return to the food area.

New rooms, good location (for me) and gym and laundry facilities. Noisy people above us and very mediocre breakfast
