“Worth the price”

Everyone around the area was friendly and respectful, but the breakfast was a bit disappointing, though it wasn’t a huge issue.

The only positive was the town itself; the hotel was outrageously overpriced, filthy, and we found pubic hairs in the shower.

“Expected Better”

The price was good. I specifically ordered a handicapped king bed, accessible room and shower. When we arrived, they said that room's AC wasn't working properly, so they gave us a room on ground floor with 2 very bad queen beds, just horribly lumpy. The AC was very loud. When it would go off, it would be very hot in room when it came back on. All night, AC on and very cold, off and very hot. There were people gathered in the parking lot at night smoking and drinking. A lot Cigarette butts in the parking lot and on sidewalk in front of room entrance. We were there 3 days and nights. I think they made 1 bed on day 2 and gave us clean towels for dirties. 3rd day exchanged towels. They didn't leave any soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion the entire time. Nor did they empty any trash or leave any toilet paper. There was no smoke detector in room. Toilet paper holder was off the wall and sitting on the sink. Door frame paint was peeling off

Towels were fluffy and the staff were always friendly, but the handicap shower had no door, so water splashed onto the floor and made it unsafe; the paper holder was too far to reach when using the toilet, otherwise the room was great.

“I will never stay there again.”

The location was good and the staff were friendly, but a dead bug lay next to the bed, the bathroom walls were stained, a previous guest’s boxers were on the floor, and the shower handle had a large hole behind it that exposed the pipes.
