Service was fantastic! The ranger, Ryan, was awesome – so knowledgeable and we really enjoyed spending time with him. The lodge itself with the animals walking around was a nice surprise too. We definitely had a great time! The room and facilities were also excellent. Nothing to complain about. I requested lactose free option and it wasn't always available during breakfast/lunch

Everyone from the game drivers to hospitality, reception, and spotters was exceptionally friendly and welcoming; the game drives were amazing, covering a new part of the park each day. The room was huge, the turn‑down service lovely, and I couldn’t find anything to dislike about Impodimo.

The suites were very convenient and cozy, and the staff were friendly. We enjoyed two game drives a day and saw a wide variety of wildlife—lions, rhinos, hyenas, zebras, giraffes, elephants, and many others. The lodge’s food was simply exceptional, though there were plenty of insects, which is probably unavoidable at a game reserve.

The lodge had a classic style and was very comfortable. Our villa 3 overlooked the waterhole, where animals appeared daily. Both the morning and afternoon game drives were excellent, offering plenty of wildlife to see. Our guide Ryan and tracker Wilfred shared a wealth of knowledge about everything. The food was good and plentiful. If you have any mobility issues, ask for villa 3. The stay was excellent.
