“Good facilities, clean rooms, and a kind owner, but poor staff hospitality”

The owner was kind, humble, and approachable, and the AC room was good with overall cleanliness and facilities meeting expectations. The property could provide a good stay if the service and room allocation improved. We booked a single deluxe and a double standard, but the single turned out to be a staff room with no windows or ventilation, which was very disappointing. We paid extra for an upgrade and ended up sharing one AC room with an extra mattress on the floor and a single bathroom. The staff were rude and unwelcoming, causing a scene when we asked for an extra mattress, bedding, blankets, and fresh towels the next day.

The location and the staff’s kindness were appreciated, but they forgot to reserve our room and gave us a different room in a nearby hotel instead. There was a lot of noise from the nearby restaurant until 23:00.
