I booked a room with a balcony overlooking the Manavgat, and even though the area is quiet, the hotel sits right in the city center; you can walk straight across the yellow bridge to the right to reach shops and restaurants in a flash, and a taxi stand is just around the corner. Each morning I started my day with a pleasant stroll along the river promenade, and the breakfast buffet was excellent, with staff everywhere friendly and helpful. It was a lovely city holiday in December, though the hotel has no elevator, which didn't bother me.

The location was great, and the breakfast was decent, though it was in a different hotel nearby; however, I never received a receipt even though I was told it would be sent to my app, and I need it for reimbursement.

The spot was lovely, the staff were smiling and friendly, and the cleaning was good.
