Breakfast was excellent, but the deposit hasn’t been refunded even after 20 days. The toilet seat only allows you to sit at a 90° angle.

The hotel’s location is close to good restaurants and public transport. Sitting on the toilet is uncomfortable with no leg room. The photo shown isn’t of the building where the rooms you rent are; it gave a misleading impression. We thought we could sit in the garden, but that’s not the case.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jardin du Vendôme! The charm, calmness, and warm atmosphere were all appreciated. The room was very pleasant, spotless, and especially had an outstanding bed that was a real delight after a day of touring Tours. The location is ideal for walking around the city center, and the underground parking right next door is a real plus, very convenient and reassuring when arriving by car. The welcome was attentive and friendly from start to finish. A beautiful address in Tours that we recommend without hesitation. We’ll definitely come back with pleasure! Everything was perfect.

The parking spot is spot‑on in downtown Tours, and the breakfast features hearty local items; the hosts greet you warmly. I’d recommend this place.
