Joe was a delight to deal with from the start. He was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and attentive, walking us through every step and making sure we had all the info we needed. His quick replies, real warmth, and willingness to do extra things really stood out. Even when we raised concerns, he handled everything with grace and understanding and did his best to accommodate us. What makes it even more special is that our kids have grown so fond of him that they keep saying they want to visit Joe’s uncle the next time we come to Goa! That alone says a lot about the warmth and kindness he showed us. Thanks, Joe, for being such a gracious and considerate host.
