The location was absolutely fantastic—right across from the pier, perfect. Breakfast was also great, and the timing worked out just right for catching the ferry. The only downside was that staying on the second floor made carrying luggage a bit of a hassle.

The cleaning and location were very good. The reception when you enter and leave is lacking; no one helps you.

The best thing is the location, the house’s cozy style, and especially the terrace with a divine view of the pier. The room is quite small, but mainly it’s not a hotel as described online; it’s just accommodation without its own restaurant or café, so you have to go elsewhere for breakfast. The reception is just a desk and the staff works only during office hours; on the rest of the day or weekends no one is there. They should change the property’s identification.

The hotel is very nice facing the sea, just a few steps from the marina where the main San Cristobal tours depart. The room was very spacious, well furnished and comfortable. The bathroom was tiny but versatile. The room faced the sea and we had a terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas for guests. Breakfast (excellent) was included in the price but served in a restaurant about a 1‑2 minute walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful, with no negative remarks.

The spot is great, right near shops, eateries and the beach, but the shower left a bit to be desired.
