I loved the location, the room was very pretty, comfortable, and clean, and the staff were friendly; the minibar in the room was just right. However, when we arrived at 20:15 we were charged an extra 20 euros.

The cleaning left a bit to be desired, the duvet was in the closet, and the staff were not very welcoming. There’s a slight lack of ventilation, but for one or two nights it could work. The location is very good.

The property sits in a beautiful, romantic area. The room would have been perfect if it had been a little cleaner, and there was a cigarette smell even though smoking isn’t allowed in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful.

“Great location and stay”

The location was great and the room lovely, though there wasn’t much space for clothes. The hot water was super hot. It was possible to slip on the carpet on the stairs, we didn’t have a view, and there were no tea‑making facilities unless you asked. The double bed was two split mattresses at different heights.

The decor was nice, like the time of the kings, the staff were very welcoming, and the hotel was very well located near Place Saint‑Marc. The only downside was the slight wear on the equipment.
