The staff were great, but they never handed me the TV remote.

The hotel's prime location was a major draw, but its shortcomings in terms of amenities and entertainment options detracted from the overall experience. While the hotel's location was a highlight, the small size of the TV and lack of good channels were notable drawbacks.

The guest had a positive experience, appreciating the helpful staff and comfortable room. Although the room lacked a window with street access, the staff's assistance with ordering food and navigating the area was greatly appreciated. The stay was convenient for a brief stopover.
