“Horror Movie”

I was thoroughly unimpressed with my visit to this hotel. Upon entering, I found the place eerily deserted, with no staff in sight and doors to the rooms wide open. The state of the rooms was far from inviting, and I wouldn't have dared to sleep in the beds even if I had stayed. My partner and I were so spooked that we left immediately, feeling as though we had stumbled into a horror movie.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always willing to lend a helping hand or offer a smile. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities that made my stay feel like home.

“I booked ac room but when I reach there ,the staff tell me that no any ac room is available . 🥴”

I recently had a disappointing experience at a hotel, where I was initially denied the air-conditioned room I had booked. Despite my initial disappointment, the staff eventually offered me a non-air-conditioned room after a lengthy wait of about an hour. While I appreciated their efforts to accommodate me, I couldn't help but feel frustrated with the initial room shortage and the subsequent delay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, where I was consistently impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome and well taken care of, which made my stay truly enjoyable. However, I was a bit surprised to find that the hotel didn't quite live up to its lofty ranking, and some of the amenities and facilities felt a bit dated and in need of renovation.
