We would not stay here again and hope the management takes this feedback seriously, because travelers deserve clear information about check‑in, breakfast hours, and what services are actually available before booking. ⭐ Very disappointing experience — not suitable for families or early travelers. We booked 2 rooms for our family and paid the full amount upon arrival. We arrived at around 17:00, even though the stated check‑in time was 15:00, and we were surprised that our rooms were still not ready. After a long day of traveling, having to wait for rooms that should already have been available was very disappointing. The biggest problem for us was the breakfast schedule. Breakfast starts at 9:30, which is extremely late for travelers, especially when you are exploring Morocco and need to leave early in the morning. We asked if it would be possible to have breakfast to take away at around 8:00, but we were told that this was too early and was not possible. We also asked simply for coffee or something small, but there was no solution. The sun rises around 6:30, and when you are traveling around Morocco, many people want to start driving or exploring early. Waiting until 9:30 just to start breakfast means losing a large part of the morning. In the end, we decided to leave without having the breakfast that we had already paid for. We stopped at a restaurant around 8:00, where breakfast was already available, and paid again for our breakfast. Unfortunately, the hotel did not offer any solution regarding the breakfast we had paid for but could not use. Another issue was the noise during the night. There were people moving around and making noise, which made the stay less comfortable for our family. Overall, the experience felt more like staying in a private home with its own rules and schedule than staying in a professional hotel where the needs and expectations of guests are taken into consideration. We have traveled extensively around Morocco, from Marrakech through the South and the Atlas region to Tamraght, and this was by far our most disappointing accommodation experience during this trip.
