We really liked it there! A quiet room with a terrace overlooking a green garden, a very friendly host, excellent Italian breakfast, and a great location within walking distance of the old town; driving is also quick and you don’t have to navigate the city to get anywhere. A free parking spot is directly opposite the entrance. The breakfast is chosen the day before from a menu, written down on a note the host collects… a mix of sweet or salty items and a delicious cappuccino. The town of Otranto itself is also beautiful.

The host’s kindness, the free parking right across from the property that lets you walk straight into the city centre, and the small terrace with a garden for breakfast are all great; the street noise makes it hard to sleep with the windows open, but because there’s air conditioning it isn’t too bothersome.

The welcome was excellent, the host was attentive, the historic centre is only a 10‑15 minute walk, the private parking is handy, and the accommodation is comfortable, clean, and quiet – highly recommended.

The accommodation was great, with rooms that are well equipped; the design feels a bit dated, but everything is spotless. Towels are changed every three days, and daily, staff remove rubbish, make beds, and do light cleaning. Each room has its own terrace with a clothes drying rack, a small table and chairs for breakfast. The day before, guests fill out a form with the menu to indicate what they want for breakfast the next day and leave it on the table; the next morning, around 7:45, breakfast is prepared outside on the table. After using the remote button to call the host, they also bring hot drinks such as coffee or tea. Parking is available in front of the house and is free. The host is very kind and helpful, giving good recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and other places to visit. The only drawback is the location, as it takes about a 10‑minute walk to reach the town centre, otherwise there is nothing to complain about.
