Overall, it was a fantastic experience! The staff were friendly and considerate, giving detailed explanations from parking to check‑in and room amenities. There were always 4–5 lifeguards on duty by the pool, which made it very reassuring for families with children.

“A beautiful and relaxing stay at PGM Okinawa Resort”

I enjoyed a lovely stay at PGM Okinawa Resort, appreciating the overall vibe, service, and beautiful surroundings. The resort felt sophisticated and relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind. I especially loved the bathroom and bathtub design; the bathtub opening into the room gave a spacious, luxurious feel and became one of my favorite room features. I also noticed a pleasant scent and a signature touch that seemed to have been added after listening to previous guests’ feedback, which I truly appreciated. These small touches made the stay feel extra special. On the downside, a few things could be improved: breakfast could offer more variety in specialty/main dishes each day, such as fish or rice dishes like takikomi gohan, and adding herbal tea options for non‑coffee drinkers would be great. Providing small sanitary plastic bags and shower caps in the bathroom would be useful. Room service could offer more substantial meal options instead of mainly snacks, and a dedicated place to hang clothes while using the steam iron would help. A humidifier in the room, or one available on request, would also be welcome, especially when using the air conditioning.

We loved it. Super hotel, great facilities, staff very attentive. Everything was fantastic; we would have liked to extend our stay. We’ll come back! The only thing that could be better is for the staff to speak a bit more English, or we could speak Japanese.

“素敵な時間でした”

The room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable, and the pool was big enough for a family that doesn’t play golf to have fun; the staff were always smiling and the kids loved it, while breakfast was incredibly tasty. The only downside was that the iced café latte, which is usually made behind the scenes at other hotels, was this time a self‑service espresso‑based version that didn’t taste very good, and although the Hawaiian restaurant was reasonably priced and delicious, the spare ribs were overly sweet.
