The location is brilliant, the people are very nice, the room is clean and comfortable, and the value is fantastic.

It’s located in the centre and everything is within walking distance. The room is very small and storage is insufficient.

The location was ideal, close to everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving a great introduction to the property and area. Their advice was useful and I appreciated the restaurant recommendations. The room and bathroom are spacious, the complex is secure, and the location is great.

The property’s location is unbeatable; stepping out the door puts you right in Split. The accommodations are simple, comfortable, and exactly what we wanted. Frane was a fantastic host—friendly, welcoming, and very helpful during our stay. The only small suggestion: have a few spare blankets and laundry supplies available.
