The Lazy Lodge

Very relaxing, chilled vibe. Great rooms and a good overall look. Food in the restaurant was very nice. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Perfect resort for a few days away to switch off.

“Heel goed”

Small scale, tidy, friendly staff but very small. Still super beautiful and a good restaurant, and everything is set up super romantically. Too far from the center.

I loved the hammock and the staff were very helpful and friendly, the bungalow was small but pleasant, the restaurant was tasty, and there were many restaurants just a short walk away. The beach was very dirty—why isn’t at least the stretch in front of the hotel cleaned or tidied daily? There were also a lot of large stones on the beach, making swimming practically impossible, and the bungalow (and sometimes the resort) was full of plastic plants.

“La perfection”

Everything was perfect, and there was nothing to complain about.

What didn’t I like about it? The location was amazing, the vibe was relaxed and friendly with a real desert island feel. It matched every expectation I had from the pictures and the booking. The only downside was that there seemed to be no hot water in the sink; you had to boil a kettle, and the plug didn’t seal properly, but that was a minor issue compared to everything else.
