The building materials, floor tiles, and space are all very comfortable, and the cleanliness is good. The host is friendly and chatty. I stayed in the double‑bedroom 3‑1; the shower tap had enough water flow and temperature, the blackout curtains were drawn, and I slept soundly until dawn. It’s in the suburbs, very quiet, 1.2 kilometres from Taitung University – early‑morning runners can jog around the lake, shower back at the guesthouse, then head to the city for breakfast.

The owner provided first‑class service, and the guesthouse’s new and comfortable equipment made for a great stay; I’ll definitely return next time.
