The location was great, staff helped carry luggage to the room, arranged a taxi, and let us stay in the air‑conditioned lobby after check‑out. The price was good for the not‑so‑new but functional room fittings—excellent value. The traffic was heavy, so I suggest paying the reasonable premium for a higher‑floor room.

It’s a solid base for exploring the city; you can walk to Ben Thanh Market, Malaysia Street, and Saigon Square. The towels were small and the air conditioning weak.

Just next to Ben Thanh Market, we arrived to find the hotel fully booked but were upgraded for free that night. The room we received the next day worked well and everything was in order.
