The staff were very friendly and attentive throughout. The location right on the highway is a drawback; even though the entrance is signposted above the service lane, you have to be careful not to miss it, and while fewer cars pass on the service road, you still need to be cautious when merging. The breakfast was a bit thin for the price, so there’s room for improvement.

“Buen hotel de Carretera o como hotel para conocer Madrid”

This is a highway hotel but well positioned. The service is pleasant, friendly, and eager to help. The rooms are spacious, new, and very clean, making it a good stop for long journeys when you need a break. It’s nothing like the other cheap highway hotels. It’s just outside Madrid, so it can be a good alternative if you don’t want to pay the high rates in the city. The downside is that, as a highway hotel, there’s nothing nearby—though that’s expected. Personally, the breakfast was the weakest point; for the price it feels a bit short on the buffet, so I don’t think it’s worth it.

“Sufficiente”

The rooms were clean and the location near the highway and the parking lot were spacious. The food options were non‑existent, there was no water bottle in the room, and it was very far from the city center and even from a bar or restaurant.

It’s well located at the foot of the A5, with spacious, renovated, and clean rooms. It was very noisy; we were on the ground floor and the rooms next to us had a group of teenagers, so all the commotion could be heard. They should separate the rooms with the groups from those who just want to rest. We didn’t take the buffet breakfast (10 € per person) but we did have a coffee at the café bar in the same room, and I think 10 € is pricey for what they offer.
