“Very disappointed in this place”

From the outside it seemed okay, but the office was in a very rundown state. They couldn’t locate my reservation even though I showed it and gave the confirmation number. When we finally entered our room, the curtains didn’t close completely, and we were left exposed. The bedding had cigarette holes and stains on the comforter, the towels looked dirty and had a few stains on one. I tried to use the shower, but it didn’t work—no water came out. There were cobwebs and spiders in the corners.

“Not a happy experience for sure.”

There was no breakfast, roaches were present, and the place wasn’t very clean. The shower didn’t work, so I had to go next door for showers. The room had an unpleasant smell. Make sure to get rid of bugs, clean better, update curtains and bedding, and ensure everything works.

The location was good. They let me use the lobby microwave because the one in my room didn’t work. The microwave in the lobby also didn’t work, and the floors were dirty.

No breakfast was offered. Get rid of the roaches.
