The hotel was renovated and well‑situated on the main road with a nice garden, yet the service and management were terrible: I waited an hour and a half to check in, they never returned my passport after registration, so I had to leave for the airport without it and come back to retrieve it; I called the hotel and no one answered, I never received a receipt, and every call and email went unanswered—this is a huge problem if you need assistance.

The staff, especially the front‑desk clerk whose name I unfortunately forgot, the man at the pool with green eyes, and the girl who works at the café, were all welcoming and kind. I’m grateful for their hospitality and would strongly recommend this place for families because it feels family‑friendly, respectful, and very clean. It was a truly beautiful experience!

The staff were friendly and helpful, yet the room was dirty with many wall stains, the towels that should have been clean were stained, cleaning equipment and staffing need serious upgrades, the corridors and floor rugs were filthy, there was no hair‑dryer in the room which made showering miserable and the air‑conditioning made me sick, the breakfast was extremely limited (just a croissant, juice, coffee, yoghurt, sliced bread and a hard‑boiled egg), the hotel is far from Algiers centre – about an hour‑plus by car – and my e‑cigarette was stolen with no resolution offered.
