The employees were fantastic—very attentive and relaxed, and I ended up chatting with them a lot. The breakfast was also quite good.
The sound of the stream was rather soothing and the garden was very well kept, while breakfast was decent with a decent variety. The welcome was somewhat cold and hot water wasn’t always available.
The lodge itself is great, with attentive staff and a nice atmosphere, and the breakfast is excellent. However, the location is bad because it sits on a hill; the path is dirty, dark at night, and littered with dog poop. The sidewalk is full of trash along the edges and the smell of dog poop is strong, making it hard to bring luggage up the long uphill walk.

Our time at the pousada was pleasant in every respect, the breakfast area looked lovely, the rooms were clean and the staff left nothing to complain about, everything was fine.

Breakfast was simple yet tasty, the place felt cozy next to a waterfall and the location was great. Cleanliness fell short; when we arrived we heard the room still hadn’t been cleaned and after a 15‑minute wait we finally got the key. The room was dirty with things on the floor. We stayed in room 01, which I wouldn’t recommend because of loud guests on the second floor and a very uncomfortable bed.
