The room was functional, comfortable, and clean. The buildings were beautiful and the pool was pleasant. The welcome was good and it was quiet.

The location was quiet and the staff were friendly. There was no cleaning or towel change, and that detail wasn’t listed on the website when I booked.

The estate had ancient trees, a magnificent pool, and a simple room. It was very quiet and 7 min from Modica. There was no water or refreshments available, and we weren’t informed about that.

The place was very pretty, with a nice pool and private parking, 10 minutes from Modica’s center, and a good breakfast, all for a great value. The room didn’t have a mini‑fridge, but the villa’s kitchen had everything needed. No major negatives, just a few small improvements that could be made: the bed could be a bit softer, more pastry and cake options at breakfast, cleaning the room every two days, having someone on site during the day if needed, or adding a soap holder in the shower.

The property was excellent, surrounded by Modica’s countryside in a hilly area. The pool was great and the cleanliness of the places was very well maintained. The staff allowed us to use the building’s fridge and freezer for our own drinks. The breakfast price was extra, but if you don’t want the service, you can get a bar a few kilometres away.
