Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cincinnati North by IHG

Breakfast was excellent and the staff member who ran it went out of her way to make the experience great, but the room thermostat was set at 63 when we entered, making it very cold; we had to raise it to 72 and it took about 30 minutes to feel comfortable, and there was a tear in the top sheet on the bed.

The receptionist was nice, but I had to move to a different room after discovering the first one had a bed that was all made up, with soiled areas all over the bed and blood on the pillowcase that had soaked through the pillow; nothing had been cleaned or changed, so I was disgusted, told them, and got a different room, but there was no upgrade or discount; if room 508 wasn’t clean and had visible soiled areas, the supposedly clean room 504 wasn’t truly cleaned either—always check your room.

The staff were friendly, yet there was no AC for both nights, and they couldn’t offer another room because every room was booked, so I couldn’t sleep at all.

“The room for one night was a bi pricey, but I don’t regret it. Very welcoming- and the breakfast was delicious”

It was very comfortable, clean, and modern, and I also liked that the outside looked attractive, but there was no outside pool.
