The young man at the front desk was truly exceptional - both helpful and friendly.
The location was perfect, with plenty of amenities and attractions within walking distance.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with a bed that was so comfortable I slept like a baby.

Room size and cleanliness. Missing dishware. Should have had 4 of everything according to mgmt. Instead we had 2 plates, 1 wine glass, 3coffee cups, 2 bowls.Etc. Additionally the coffee provided in the rooms is TERRIBLE
“Great staff, spacious, clean, comfortable room, good location room”
Everything was great: the room was spacious, the facilities were excellent, and the staff were lovely. There was nothing to complain about.
“Clean, well kept place”
The room offered extra space, but breakfast wasn’t kept full once items ran out, leaving us with limited choices.
“Good overall”
The place was clean, but the toilets were too low, the water pressure was weak, and the HBO service kept freezing.
“It worked for a night, but needed more attention to detail.”
Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful, but the carpet had white residue, we were assigned a different room than requested, the shower was unclean and dripped, there was an empty conditioner container in the shower, and the cheese at breakfast was moldy.
