Guests enjoy a rich breakfast buffet and the on‑site Restaurant Wasserschloss, serving Baden specialties and fine wines. The Swiss border lies under 2 km away; Basel is reachable in 20 minutes by car.

Everything was great. The staff were friendly. Self‑check‑in worked fine. I’ve stayed there several times already. Thanks … Unfortunately I had a room that was too small or wasn’t the Comfort‑Plus room I booked. I had to mentally accept that, and there was no option to swap. I’ll be more careful next time. Thanks …

The breakfast offered did not match the price paid; it was overpriced.

The room and bathroom were modern. Coffee and tea were available on the hallway. Even with the windows open, the room was very warm and stuffy; a fan would help in the hot season. There’s a small terrace in front of the room, but it offers little privacy. The building is noisy; conversations and sounds from the stairwell and hallway were clearly audible.

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom, with a window, was spotless and had a spacious shower. Outside the room there was coffee, tea, water, and even fruit. Everything was in order.

The rooms were cozy and clean, the food at the water castle was excellent, breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt comfortable and would gladly return.
