The hotel was spotless, quiet, and the service was great; it blends lodging with art, and I wish they would return the cochayuyo piece.

The central spot, the temperate room, and the friendliness of almost everyone on staff were positives, but the bed was old and uncomfortable, breakfast was basic, and there was no phone or intercom in the room. During our stay a group of athletes made a lot of noise at night, especially after 6:45 am, with endless banging, laughter, and shouting in the hallways that woke us up when we should have been sleeping; I called reception to ask them to be told off, but the person who answered said she couldn’t do anything.

The location and the neighborhood were very calm, just three blocks from the square. The staff were friendly, breakfast was excellent with homemade jams that are unbeatable, the room had good heating, a nice bed, and pleasant warmth. There’s also a great café that can be used for work meetings, open until 8 pm. Nothing negative; the price‑quality ratio was outstanding.

The hotel is comfy and close to the center, walkable without trouble. There’s no restaurant, but a café next door stays open until 8 pm. Everything was fine, except we had a problem getting the room’s ambient temperature lowered because it was quite hot.
