The space itself was great, but the hair dryer was broken and unusable, which was a hassle because my wife and I had outside appointments; the remote had no batteries, so the controls were useless; the bathroom box was dirty; lights were burnt out and switches didn’t work; there was leftover soda in the fridge and no glasses; worst of all, the contact phone listed for the host was supposedly available at all times, yet when I called the host was unavailable; I left a message asking them to call back as soon as possible and I’m still waiting.

The location was fine, but the room was poorly arranged, the beds didn’t have sheets put on correctly, and the air conditioning had never been cleaned or maintained.

The location was close to where I needed to go, and the apartment was average compared to most hotels, but the beds were messy and I had to ask for a change; the hotel lost power because of rain, and the parking was very slow.
