“so kann man auch Geld verdienen”
Two rooms were booked but only one was provided. The hotel didn’t address the issue. Luckily the other travelers found accommodation elsewhere. To date, no response, no apology, and no refund.

A basic stay for a short visit to Aachen, only useful for sleeping. No extras, and the price is fair. Clean, sleep, and move on… that’s it and more than enough. Nothing else, and it can’t be better for this price.

I booked two rooms but received only one; after four weeks I still got no response from the hotel and no refund.

I liked the location and the check‑in was quick, but the room was dirty and smelled of smoke.

Locatie, kamer, lekker bed, geen last van andere gasten. De douchecabine, een deur zat klem en ging dus niet dicht. En het was opletten om niet uit te glijden in de douchecabine
