“The hotel is overly”

Breakfast offered a decent selection but too many pastries and not enough hearty dishes; bacon was undercooked. The rooms were outdated and needed an upgrade, and on the second floor the smell from a cleaning‑room/storage room across from us was awful.

The location is great and there are family‑friendly 4‑5‑bed rooms, but it’s quite pricey—probably a Messe rate due to a gala at the Fira—and the laminate floor was pretty worn out.

The location is ideal, the room is simply furnished but spacious, the bed is very comfortable, the staff are friendly and accommodating, and breakfast choices are excellent; despite the busy street, the room is very quiet and well‑isolated. However, breakfast organization each morning is chaotic—too crowded, too little staff to reset tables, another person would have helped; still, the staff were very attentive and kind.

I liked the location and the reception staff, but the place really needs a renovation and feels a bit pricey for the quality.

The location is close to a central metro line and several shops and local attractions. The windows and doors have no soundproofing, bedrooms were somewhat clean, we had to request items missing from the rooms like kettle and cups
