The location was great and the views were amazing, but the walls were damp, the cleaning was poor, and the bathroom only had a toilet and shower with barely any hot water.

“Blocked view with badly maintained room, wouldn’t come back.”

Parking was practically right outside the room, but everything else fell short. We arrived a day late and still had to wait for the room to be cleaned. The view was blocked by another room’s roof, the bedsheets were stained, the ceiling looked dirty, and there were bugs in the room. The toilet smelled bad and we could smell it even when lying in bed; bugs were also in the toilet. Because Sembalun is chilly, we had to leave the door open for airflow during the day, which let a cockroach fly into the room. I wouldn’t return, though the staff were nice.

The place was very nice, especially the morning view. Breakfast was decent and the staff were helpful. The bed was springy at night, so I’d suggest asking for an extra blanket because the valley has a mountain climate here.

The surroundings were the most beautiful and the owners and workers were lovely and helpful. It wasn’t a bad thing, but it would have made sense to have a scooter – fortunately you can rent one cheaply in town.

The surroundings were nice, but the room had no sink and was very, very dirty.
