The location is great, right in the old town center, with a welcome drink, shower gels, and cleanliness. Initially there was a Wi‑Fi issue, but we were given access to another network, so that was resolved. The bed was a bit squeaky, and a towel hook in the bathroom would have been helpful.

The best part was the location, right in the historic old town center. The room had everything we needed – cutlery, mugs, plates, a fridge, etc. It was a shame that the room was very dark, poorly ventilated, and not sealed. The street‑side restaurant stayed open late, and the staff ignored the sign that said no tables should be placed under the apartment windows, which made the nighttime noise quite annoying. Information about trash pickup should have been verbal or sent to guests on the first day (+ more trash bags should be provided).

The furniture was very cute. The noise from the pizzeria downstairs and the fact that the bathroom had no window were drawbacks.

The apartment’s location is practically dream‑like. Arco della Heve Guest Hause sits right in the heart of Bari, and everything is close by. The apartment is spotless, stylishly furnished, and practically has everything you need. The staff were very friendly. There were no issues with early check‑in or late check‑out. The nearby eateries were hardly a nuisance because the closed windows muffle the sounds, and the apartment has air conditioning. We will definitely return. The location, cleanliness, and possibility of early accommodation were highlighted as positives.

Central location. The bathroom ventilation didn’t work, cleaning was lacking, and there were no windows in the room.
