"An excellent spot! Elena & Gianni are wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to make the stay great. They are friendly, accommodating, and always on hand to help with any questions. The property itself is kept immaculate. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Itri or passing through on their journey!"

The host was very welcoming and accommodating; the property is extremely comfortable, clean, and fully equipped. It was a great place to stay during our visit, and I highly recommend it for anyone doing the Via Francigena Sud walk. Not much to add.

The welcome was excellent, and the room and bathroom were bright, large, and comfortable. There is a hair dryer in the room and a nearby area to grab a drink—coffee or tea—and a balcony with a view of the castle/fortress. Breakfast isn’t included, and the property lacks an elevator or facilities for disabled access.

When we arrived, Gianni welcomed us with a friendly smile that made us feel instantly comfortable. The newly built property, stylishly furnished and very cozy, turned our stay into an experience worth repeating.
