The two nights at this place recharged us. The staff was exceptional, preparing two truly tasty traditional dinners for us! They arranged a day trip in the mountains with donkeys (we’re a family with two kids aged 2 and 5). Highly recommended!

I loved living in the mountains and watching them at dawn and dusk. The spot is spot-on; it’s a 15‑minute walk from the bus stop on a gentle slope, with plenty of small shops along the way. The hostel’s beds are comfy, the linens and towels are good quality, and the view from the windows and terrace is pretty. The hot and cold water pressure is solid. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available for an extra fee, and they’re genuinely tasty and homemade. I’ll definitely come back. On the flip side, there were surprisingly few people and many empty beds, probably because it’s expensive and takes three hours to get there from Marrakech. Still, it’s worth the trip. The Wi‑Fi is very weak, which is a problem for many remote workers; the owner should consider installing a Keenetic modem—this is crucial for travelers who need to work online.
