The lady receptionist was nice during the first couple of days, but the gentleman was really rude and didn’t know how to smile. I checked out at 7 am, and breakfast is served from 7–10 am; apparently, if I had checked out earlier like 5 am, they would have made me a breakfast box to take, but because I checked out at 7 am, I didn’t get anything and didn’t even have the breakfast I paid for. The reasoning was illogical.

The hotel is smart, clean, and the reception staff are efficient and helpful. The room is large and comfortable, and the bathroom is big with a rain shower. The location is great, very close to Kosmanavtlar metro station and a good number of restaurants and cafés in the adjoining park, and the hotel has its own restaurant for breakfast and other meals throughout the day. The reception area is quite small for such a large hotel, and there really wasn’t a nice lounge area for relaxing or getting a drink (though the hotel does not serve alcohol).

The spot right next to the city center and the nearby restaurants, plus the hotel’s own eatery, were all great, and parking was plentiful.

The location is excellent. Breakfast is great, especially the nice young lady who served at breakfast time, making us have a lovely day every morning.

The hotel’s location is truly convenient, with a metro stop nearby and plenty of cafés and restaurants to enjoy good food, and many downtown spots are easy to reach. Unfortunately, the room didn’t match the advertised “luxury” level at all – the soundproofing was terrible, letting almost everything from adjacent rooms and the hallway seep in. The shower in the bathroom leaked, leaving water constantly on the floor, and a foul sewage smell would occasionally drift in. The room’s condition itself was disappointing, with patches of torn and damaged wallpaper. When booking, a “garden view” was promised, but the window actually looked out onto a neighboring building. Breakfast was a particular let‑down; I’d rate it 3 out of 10 for selection and quality, which is far below what a luxury room should offer. The hotel clearly needs to address room condition, plumbing, sewage, and soundproofing.
