Being close to the airport and the rooms were nice, but getting the key card on the outskirts wasn’t intuitive and I missed a personal touch from a staff member.

I was very satisfied. We were helped very nicely at check‑in, because everything is now only done on the computer. No complaints.

Self‑check‑in was hassle‑free and straightforward. The room is well equipped. The proximity to the parking lot is especially handy if you want to leave your car for the duration of a trip and then fly out from the airport. The airport transfer is right next to the parking lot and is only a minute's walk away. The rooms are, however, designed for two people, so it can feel a bit tight with children or teenagers. If you’re only staying one night, you can manage. The hotel is a bit outside central Berlin, so the trip into the city with public transport takes some time.

Everything was modern, the small kitchen was really well equipped, there was a convenient little on-site shop, and the location was close to the airport. We booked this hotel to get a good night's sleep before an early flight. Unfortunately, the rooms were poorly soundproofed from the neighbouring rooms. Due to noisy neighbours, I couldn't sleep until around 4:30 a.m., leaving me with less than two hours of rest before our 6 a.m. wake-up. However, we did not hear any aircraft noise. Knocking on the neighbours' door didn't help, and guest services offered no practical solution. We were told that no staff were available until 8 a.m. and that contacting the neighbours would likely make little difference. No alternative room or other solution was offered. Overall, a very disappointing experience. We would have been better off travelling to the airport early that morning rather than staying overnight

The rooms were very clean, but they were also very small, with a bed that only comfortably fits two children and not adults. There was no staff present in the evening.
