The location is great, but the pool was broken, the ice machine was broken, the bath towels were worn, and the air‑conditioning unit didn’t cool the room.
The room was dirty, the toilet lid seemed to have blood on top of it, the drawers still contained leftover items, and the mini‑fridge was leaking inside.
“Get what you paid for.. cheap room low expectations”
The location is good and the diner in front of the hotel serves decent food at a reasonable price. Check‑in was easy and friendly, but there were holes in the walls, crayon drawings left by kids, one room lacked a microwave, and the fridge wasn’t working. The staff simply said “some rooms are just like that” and offered no help, so it’s really a get‑what‑you‑pay‑for situation.
They called 30 minutes before we were supposed to arrive and cancelled our reservation.
