The place was excellent—everything ran smoothly, and the staff were friendly. I felt right at home from the moment I walked in. No complaints at all, just a solid stay.
The night shift was the worst. You couldn't ask for anything, and the staff had no good attitude. It was a real disappointment.

We got the room at 1 pm, but the place was in rough shape: no mosquito nets, broken windows, walls rotting, roaches everywhere, AC dripping, no Sunday cleaning, water sometimes cold, no hot water, and the night receptionist was grumpy.

I booked through your site, but when we got there, they said the room was gone. They left us with our bags on the street and gave us no help. The staff were rude, telling us to respect the reservation but not caring. I'm going to post about this on every travel site.

The AC was good, but the location was inconvenient and the customer service was awful. They overcharged us and the pool was filthy. It was a mixed bag overall.
