Everything was nice and really clean. The location is great.
The neighbourhood is close to the historic centre and overall we were comfortable. The staff kindly left Nespresso capsules. There were some kitchen noises around 6:30/7 am that disturbed our sleep. The kitchen kit is just enough for a breakfast, but a pan or pot would be handy. The toilet had some difficulty clearing, and after four nights it would be nice to receive a replacement or extra towels; we didn’t ask for them.
The staff were welcoming and the check‑in was contactless, with all information provided on time and questions answered quickly. The location is excellent, with transport stops right next to the hotel. The only drawback was that the fridge was in the kitchen, which was a bit inconvenient.

It’s not really a hotel, more like a homestay with a single room. You need to contact the host online before arrival, who will give you check‑in instructions and a password; the main entrance was a bit hard to find at first. The price is a bit steep.
