The staff were friendly, warm, courteous, and professional. Their hospitality added to the overall experience and made my stay enjoyable. The best: Receptionist was Rita. Dining hostess was Salome. Waiter was Ngari. Numerous power outages. The room felt a little bit empty, I would suggest extra furniture and/or tables and chairs especially in the living room

The two ladies Eunice and Rita at the reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food was also very well done. Nothing, I really enjoyed my stay and we were all thrilled to be here

The hotel has swimming pools, including a “river” pool; the food is tasty, rooms are spacious with large terraces overlooking the Indian Ocean, and the staff are extremely friendly. If you need a lift to Mombasa, shopping, or visiting, ask Evans. The downside is the lack of pool bars and alcoholic drinks, but if you don’t want to get drunk, it’s an ideal spot to relax before or after a safari adventure.
