I had a nightmare stay here; it’s hard to believe something like this exists. You’d expect to report it to the health department or a hygiene officer, but it was just catastrophic. The hotel really can’t be called a hotel at all, it’s a disgrace that it’s even allowed. The toilet was filthy with mold everywhere, the shower didn’t work at all, and you had to use a bucket and a ladle to wash. There was a room with tables and chairs, but the ceiling had a huge hole. We were shocked and disappointed.

The room was fine and even exceeded my expectations; I was able to borrow a flat iron, which was a lifesaver. The staff were friendly, and the Wi‑Fi was fast and reliable. However, there is no luggage cabinet—just a rack for hanging clothes, so if your luggage is too big you have to put it on the floor. The shower didn’t work; they only had “Tabo and Timba.”
