I was moved by the staff’s thoughtfulness when they handed me a cooler of ice water to take home as the summer heat intensified. The room was spacious for the price, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They offered two pillow styles in the room, letting me pick the one that suited my taste, which was great—so much so that I ended up buying a pillow when I checked out. Parking was decent, but if you arrive late you’ll have to park elsewhere instead of the lot. The hotel’s location shines at night with its bright lights, but during the day the air conditioner in the room was lacking; it seemed old, made noise when running, and rattled, and the cleanliness left something to be desired.

The facilities were clean and good. Even though the room was small, it felt cozy and I slept well because it was spotless. Parking was a bit tough; the space was narrow and the parking area seemed insufficient.

“Terrible communication, terrible customer service”

They never issued my refund, and when I tried to check in they told me there were no rooms available. The communication was terrible.

The value for money is great. The only downside is that it’s located in an area dense with nightlife.

I booked a large room, and it was indeed spacious with a massage chair that helped relieve fatigue. However, the sign outside the building was completely dark at night, so I was surprised to think it wasn’t open; they promised free ramen, but the portion was so small I couldn’t eat it.
