“Cama incómoda, alejado del centro y malas instalaciones pero personal amable”

The staff were friendly, attentive, and very courteous. We stayed in a room in a building where we were alone. We booked a Deluxe double room but were given a cramped room on floor 0 accessed from the reception. Though the room was of medium size, the walls were dirty, the shower had limescale, the cistern was broken, etc. Also, breakfast was in another building and not very varied, catering mainly to Russian guests. The bed was very uncomfortable, with springs that stuck out. In short, we were glad to leave after two days because we couldn't endure it longer. The room was not made or cleaned. Nevertheless, the staff were very kind, but they should understand that you can't be accommodated in that way. It is a 20‑minute walk to Plaza de la República.

The staff are truly the best at the hotel, friendly and helpful with all questions. We were given a room on the first floor where the windows or curtains cannot be opened because of the traffic lane (dust, noise) and the sidewalk with pedestrians outside. The bathroom was somewhat dirty, the toilet leaked, and the flush worked poorly. The location is close to the center, but the area is not touristy at all.
