The bed linens had hair on them, so the cleanliness was lacking. The sheets were full of hair.

This hotel has everything you need on a lay‑over plus a touch of relaxation – a comfy double bed, a nice shower and a great pool. The restaurant food was excellent; we ordered tomato soup, chicken salad and Wiener schnitzels, all of which were superb, and breakfast served us an omelet with rolls. The staff were also very friendly 😄. The only downsides were minor: the hotel restaurant sits on a busy road, so cars whizzed by while we ate, and the air‑conditioning worked but never got as cold as we would have liked.

The owner Dragica was very friendly and welcoming, making the hotel cozy and highly recommendable!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and the omelette at breakfast was great, plus the parking under the building was convenient. However, I was changed rooms three times, and the final one had no curtains, so I woke up to sunlight at 5 am. The street below the balcony was very busy and noisy, the air‑conditioning didn’t work in the 40 °C heat, and the room looked like it was still being renovated. I can’t see how the hotel gets such good reviews when I was so disappointed with the standard.
