“Den Preis nicht wert - Erwartungen nicht getroffen”

I found the staff generally very friendly, except for the owner. The room was extremely noisy; we asked for a solution so we could sleep, but we could have gotten a better room for an extra fee because we had specifically booked this one. The room is only reachable via a gravel path, which is not ideal with suitcases. In the double room, fitting two suitcases was also very difficult, inflexible, and hard to reach. The reception is officially staffed during the day, but no one is always present, and calling the phone number never reaches anyone; a callback comes a few hours later. We expected more from breakfast; if you stay more than one night it feels monotonous and not comparable to a buffet. There are only three options with small portions, so you can eat all three: yogurt + granola, a slice of bread with egg, cheese, and bacon, or two waffle hearts. For the price we expected a lot more, so we would not recommend it and would rather stay elsewhere.

“Love the location!”

The setting was spectacular, surrounded by mountains and water. The rooms were very nice, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast quality and presentation were excellent. However, the breakfast offering was not very kid-friendly and the same exact breakfast was served every day. Dinner was limited to a five-course meal with no à la carte options. Overall, it was an expensive stay.

“Great stay, food and people”

The location offered great views, and both dinner and breakfast were good. It would have been nice if they had an active running sauna and a wooden bathtub.

The style of the place and the atmosphere were very pleasing. The décor and the entire architecture were high quality and modern. The staff from reception onward were excellent. It was a pleasure to have dinner, which was highly praised in reviews. The room was very clean and tidy. Warm water was plenty and fine. A great overall experience. The only negative feedback was that a drying cabinet for damp clothes and equipment would have been useful.
