I stayed at a very friendly place, clean and well kept; the manager is warm, takes good care of us travelers on the road, and I’ll definitely come back because the area is gorgeous.

The hosts were welcoming and kind, genuinely enjoying hosting guests, and they offered many small touches: a welcome drink, better rooms when ours were not full, a complimentary breakfast, and a tasting of the wines they produce; the house is functional, nicely decorated, and well located near the lake—nothing to complain about.

We had an absolutely exceptional stay that far exceeded every expectation; though we were only there for one night, we could have stayed much longer and would definitely plan a longer visit if we pass through the region again. Jeff, our host, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and from the moment we arrived his warmth, kindness and hospitality made us feel at home; he is truly one of the nicest and most welcoming people we could meet. We just wish we could have stayed longer, and we will definitely return.
