The location was good. I had stayed at the inn before and the price was reasonable for the service then, but this time the holiday of 12/10 pushed prices up. I paid 1800 reais for two days, which I accepted, but the reception was lacking. There were only two staff for a busy holiday, one was eager but seemed lost, and the night porter handled the café dishes. In the morning the lights were off and the café offered very little for the price. The bathroom had thin towels, only low‑quality soap, and five folded covers that smelled of mildew. I couldn’t sleep and switched to another inn, losing one of those nights, and I plan to stay at a chain hotel next time. The inn has potential but needs better management.

The service, the team’s courtesy, and the cleanliness of the accommodation were all good. The parking is far from the inn, and despite repeated requests—including at checkout—I still haven’t received the invoice for my stay.

The facilities were solid and the breakfast was really good. The outdoor café area made the morning feel special. But the address on the site was wrong – we ended up in a different spot. It looks like a group property, so double‑check the exact location before booking. They said there was parking, but it was first‑come, first‑served.

The spot itself is fine, but the shower just doesn’t work. If you’re into a good shower, this place isn’t for you. I asked for help and nobody answered. The reception bathroom was filthy, all “pee‑pee” stuff. The room phone was dead. And at 7 a.m. the staff were fighting – a real shouting match.
