시설과 청결. 직원이 왕인 호텔, 무례하고 4가지 없고, 아시아인에게 인종차별하는 직원 (로비의 흑인 여자 직원) 같은 질문과 요청사항을 했을 때 직원들마다 답변이 다 다름. 매뉴얼이 없나 봄. 전세계 다양한 힐튼 호텔을 다녀봤지만 이렇게나 서비스가 7ㅐ판인 힐튼 호텔은 처음. 다이아몬드 회원 유지 안한게 참 다행이구나 또 한번 깨닫게 되는 힐튼 호텔임

Good location, good breakfast, gym and pool facilities. The reception staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful, showing no willingness to explain anything or provide basic assistance; their attitude was unnecessarily hostile and made a simple experience frustrating. The poor customer service continued at breakfast, where the staff were also rude and unwelcoming. There was a complete lack of courtesy, professionalism, and willingness to help throughout the stay. Management needs to address the staff’s attitude and professionalism. Guests should not have to endure rude, dismissive treatment when just asking for help or trying to enjoy their stay.

Hiltons always deliver great service, but the front desk was rude when I asked to have my rewards number added to the room. The staff member seemed annoyed and treated me as if I were bothering her, yet she never added the number.
