“Pessima esperienza”
Only the location was good. The building is dilapidated and has no elevator. The apartment is not renovated; it’s advertised as a single apartment but they actually rent out just the rooms—terrible! Our room was furnished with mismatched thrifted furniture, it looked like a nomadic camp. The building was very noisy; we couldn’t sleep because the toilet made a constant flushing noise at night, as if it kept running. The bathroom has no windows and only a small wall-mounted fan. In the room there is a large window that can’t be used; you have to keep the blinds closed and the lights on even during the day because the buildings are attached and there’s no privacy. There is a lock but you need keys that are not provided. Overall, the property is poorly maintained, mismanaged, the rooms are shabby and patched up, and staying here was totally uncomfortable; only the very convenient location saves it, but it’s not worth it.
