The breakfast was generally good, but I felt it was lacking some extras like tomatoes and cheese, and a detailed menu would have been nice. Unfortunately, I encountered some issues with the room, including faulty outlets, a malfunctioning shower, and a lack of face towels.

I stayed here for two days and had a mixed experience. The first disappointment was the delayed airport pickup. I had to wait for more than 40 minutes despite sharing my arrival time and flight details well in advance. The manager was apologetic, but it seems this isn’t an isolated case since my colleague who arrived a day earlier went through the same delay. The breakfast options were very limited, and there’s definitely room for improvement in the variety offered. On the positive side, the room was cleaned daily, and the receptionists speak good English, which made communication easier. However, being right on the highway means it’s quite noisy. If you’re a light sleeper like me, you might struggle to rest well. But if you’re not bothered by traffic noise, that might not be an issue. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the African Union Offices, which is great if you have meetings there. However, it’s a bit far from the city centre and the airport, so keep that in mind when planning your travel. Overall, it’s an okay place for a short stay, but there’s a lot that could be improved especially in terms of punctuality for pickups and breakfast variety

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was a great experience. The location is superb, just a stone's throw away from the AU Headquarters, which made it very convenient for my visit. The staff were extremely friendly and provided top-notch service, always willing to lend a helping hand.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, the breakfast was superb and really started my day off right. However, I was disturbed by the loud music and noise coming from the bazaar that took place right behind the hotel - I want to emphasize that this wasn't the hotel's fault at all. Despite the noise, I still appreciated my stay and the great breakfast.
